We would like to introduce them to you: Corné and Siebren. They took up the challenge to discover a whole new field and started the ERP traineeship. What did their first weeks look like? What are their first experiences? They tell you in this blog post!
Corné - ERP trainee
I obtained my bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design in Groningen. After my studies, I started working at the customer service department of Vodafone Ziggo. I soon realised that this did not quite suit me, so I continued my search for a job that better suited my interests.
During my education, I discovered that I really enjoy customer contact. Especially working together to find solutions gives me a lot of energy. When I came across Enshore's vacancy, it perfectly matched what I was looking for. What struck me from day one at Enshore was the open and free culture. In addition, you really get the space to develop yourself here and you are actively supported in this. That made it a perfect match for me.
I have now been working here for five weeks and the positive image I got during the first interview is still true. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to answer your questions. Colleagues regularly approach you to ask how things are going, which shows that people really work here as a team. That makes for a nice atmosphere.

Corné has entrepreneurial roots? Together with a friend, he runs his own company and in a very special niche: anime characters!
Siebren - ERP trainee
I completed my master's degree in Innovation Management in Groningen. After that, I was looking for a job that fitted well with my studies. Through my brother, who worked at sister company Nestor Security works, I already knew Enshore. What appealed to me about Enshore is that they offer a traineeship. I was looking for something in IT, but it didn't come up during my studies. At Enshore, you get the space to learn and develop yourself during the traineeship.
I am currently working for a large international company that uses a comprehensive ERP system. I regularly encounter new challenges; every time, situations arise that require a solution. That is what makes the work fun, because you help the customer so they can get on with their work. That is very satisfying.
What I would like to pass on to others who also want to start in this field: you must enjoy working a lot behind the computer, solving problems and understanding business processes. It is important that you are curious about the customer, listen carefully and actively seek contact with the customer. That way, you can really make an impact.
