As account manager, you are at the helm of our commercial success. You strengthen existing relationships and ensure that (potential) customers receive advice and feel heard. In addition, you see opportunities and focus on connecting new customers. Together with the sales and marketing team, you take the customer experience to the next level.

- Building lasting relationships with existing customers and immersing yourself in their needs;
- Proactively engage with the sales and marketing team;
- Stay involved after successful acquisition and monitor customer satisfaction;
- Identify opportunities & approach potential customers;

You recognize yourself in this
- You have at least 2 years' experience in B2B as a sales, account manager or similar commercial role;
- You are available 40 hours per weather;
- You have experience in strengthening customer relationships and know how to spot opportunities to further grow existing customers;
- You are reliable & eager to learn;
- You are creative, assertive & sharp, seeing opportunities before others see them.
- You are a reliable partner for customers, enjoy making phone calls and enjoy visiting customers;
- You are organised and keep a neat record of all your contact moments in CRM;
- Experience with IT, business processes and cold acquisition is a plus.
