What are you going to do?
As a CRM Consultant at GoSoniq, you advise and support our clients in the use of CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Dynamics CE. You are involved in setting up, optimising and automating sales and service processes on a daily basis. You translate the customer's business processes into an IT process, finding a suitable solution by thinking out-of-the-box. You call customers on a daily basis and listen carefully to their needs. You translate this into functionalities, thus contributing to setting up a better customer journey.

You recognize yourself in this
- You have completed an HBO or WO education;
- You have relevant work experience with Salesforce or another CRM system;
- You have an affinity with IT, Marketing and/or e-commerce;
- You have knowledge of user research, customer journey mapping or data visualisation (is an advantage, not a requirement);
- You enjoy advising and inspiring customers;
- You are interested in optimising business processes;
- You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
- You live in the Groningen area.

- Gross salary of €2,800 to €5,800, based on 40 hours, depending on work experience;
