No two days are the same. One day you are busy looking for suitable candidates, sifting through CVs and conducting interviews to discover who the best match is. The next day you're off to attend a recruitment event. You enjoy connecting with people and guiding them to the next step in their career.

Over ons
Als Recruiter kom je terecht in het HR-team van BlueGem, daarnaast werk je samen met marketingcollega’s aan creatieve ideeën om vacatures onder de aandacht te brengen en werk je samen met de accountmanagers om erachter te komen waar de behoeften in de teams liggen. Bij BlueGem geloven wij dat iedereen de ruimte moet krijgen om zich te ontwikkelen. Daarom krijg je bij ons veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Met gedeelde passie en drijfveren brengen we mensen met verschillende achtergronden bij elkaar.

- You are energetic and enjoy approaching and enthusing people;
- You are good at keeping an overview; you know exactly what needs to be done and when;
- You really are a people person and always up for a chat;
- You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
- You have at least HBO level of thinking;
- Experience in recruitment is a plus, but not essential;
- You live in the Groningen area;
