As Office Manager, you are the hub of our office. You ensure that the office is an inspiring place where colleagues enjoy coming together and learning from each other. Thanks to your efforts, everyone immediately feels at home.
You take care of and support colleagues, ensure that the office is a neat and pleasant working environment, welcome visitors and create a pleasant atmosphere on the work floor. Besides our office farm in Groningen, our office in Haren is also your responsibility (Fun fact: this office is the old Rabobank office. You can still tell by the vault, which now serves as a consultation room). Because you can be found in both offices, you will meet around 100 new colleagues! You also have an eye for colleagues' well-being and always know when to send a card or flower.
And do we have something to celebrate? Then you and your colleagues will organise a great party. You regularly organise activities such as bbqs, pizza sessions, get-togethers & sports events.
